Excellent ratings for customer care and reliability, speed and flexibility of service

The procurement and distribution of raw materials is our core business. Our customers worldwide have a need for a wide variety of materials and services. In particular, our offering in the area of standard polymers is well established with our customers. However, interest and demand for recycled materials such as R-PP, R-PE or R-PET and even biopolymers are also increasing. As a result, over 80% of the customers surveyed consider our comprehensive services in the area of materials consulting and customer-specific materials development to be very important. Thanks to in-house research and development capabilities and digital solutions such as the material recommendation system, we support our customers in determining suitable recyclates or individual compounds. To offer our customers the broadest possible portfolio of sustainable materials, we are continuously expanding our partnerships. Compared to the last survey, various aspects have become more important for our customers. Transport performance and safety as well as a sustainable value chain are new focal topics. Thanks to our broad and global procurement network and strategically located warehouses, we are well positioned to ensure reliable deliveries. Furthermore, we are involved in a project funded by the Germany Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate to make the CO2 emissions of the entire value chain more transparent. The top marks in customer service, reliability, and flexibility in delivery as well as the positive ratings in terms of sustainability or quality confirm that we are perceived as a trustworthy, reliable and innovative partner. This perception is our aspiration, as it corresponds to our corporate values.
